We want you to be completely happy with your order. That’s why we honour the Herbalife 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days of approval, and always within 14 days
Please do not return products directly to Herbalife.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition (e.g. opened packaging, missing accessories)
Only partial refunds may be granted for:

Products not in their original condition

Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Any return made after 30 days
Refunds (if approved)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. This may take a few working days depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty or damaged sale items will still be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
