Refund Policy

At Herbal Shake Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened consumable products for health and safety reasons.
Process: To request a return, please email support@herbalshakeshop.co.uk with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
